DEPOSIT
At the time of booking, a deposit will be required to finalize the transaction.
· 100% of the invoice amount for stays of 2 days or less.
· 50% of the invoice amount for stays of 2 days of more.
A maximum deposit of 300 $ may be requied when making a reservation by phone.
CANCELLATION
If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, here are our refund policies :
· Cancellation of the reservation 7 days or more before the arrival date : Refund of the deposit amount less 25% for administration costs. Change of date is accepted free of charge.
· Cancellation of the reservation 7 days or less before the arrival date : Non-refundable deposit.
Failure to check in on the first day of the reservation will result in the automatic cancellation of the entire booking, with no refund.
